Our U.S. and international operations have been operating since 1994 and are equipped with world-class technology and network infrastructure. Our resources and infrastructure enable us to provide flexible and reliable service to our clients. Our technology centers are furnished with the following:
NM&A supports multiple platforms, including AS/400, Novell, and Windows-based systems. NM&A has in-house systems administrators and support staff to maintain all computer and systems capabilities. Data backups are performed daily and important files are stored both on and off-site. All offices are linked via a Wide Area Network (WAN) for both voice and data and have dedicated high-speed T-1 connections.
Additionally, NM&A works with a variety of software systems to administer claims processing for self-funded health plans. NM&A specializes in delivering claims adjudication, pre-registration and ID cards, letters, agent commissioning, eligibility verification, PPO re-pricing, fund accounting, COBRA premium billing and collection, ad hoc reporting, claim registration, S125, billing, and licensing.
