Timely access to important information is critical. NM&A offers comprehensive reporting to clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. We are able to extract any data in our system and to create standard or ad-hoc reports, which are customized to each client's specification. The combination of comprehensive data warehousing, analytical expertise, and our latest reporting technology provides clients the resources needed for timely business decisions.
Account Funding and Reconciliation
Funding methods and procedures are established to meet each client's specifications. Clients may choose to fund their accounts automatically or based on actual check registers or unpaid claims reports which can be generated at intervals specified by our clients.
Consolidated Billing and Departmental Reporting
NM&A offers both direct vendor payments and consolidated billing. Hence, one billing statement will detail not only self-funded plan contributions, but also premiums or fees due reinsurance carriers, carriers, PPO access fees, pre-certification fees, etc. Departmental reporting is also available for both billing and the various claims and eligibility reports, which allows our clients to individually track plan costs and plan utilization for each business unit.
Our accounting and financial reporting systems interface with all other administrative systems, such as eligibility, claims, payables, and billing. This integrated system allows us the flexibility to individually define and maintain accounting procedures and controls to meet the unique needs of our clients.
